• How many people can use the filters?
There’s no limit on the fun, share your unique link for your personalised AR filters with as many people as you’d like. The same goes for the number of photos, videos, or Gifs each of your users can take – there are no limits to them.
• How can I create my filters?
You can use PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any graphic design software you have access to for crafting your filters.
Just make sure your filters are created in a 4:3 ratio (portrait) with a transparent background. We accept PNG format.
If you have trouble creating your own filers, you can reach out to us to outsource this work to our creative designers. Brief us on your use case and share some inspired looks you hope to achieve by email and we will get the work started.

• What format should I upload my filters?
Save your filter files as PNG format with a transparent background before uploading.
• How soon will my filter start working after I finish uploading it?
Your filters will be all set for action within 3 to 5 working days or shorter. We will launch your AR filters on your custom and dedicated URL as soon, and we will keep you posted by email once they are up.
• How can I access my filters?
You will be able to access and share your filters through a customised URL you created during your form submission process. For ease of use by your users during the event, just share the QR code of the dedicated URL so that they can easily scan with their mobile phones to access the AR filters.
• How can I make sure that my media (photos, videos, Gifs) are not shared with me. snap Web AR?
Your privacy are important to us!
me.snap WebAR adheres strictly to our privacy policy and do not store any of your media on the cloud. All photo, video, and Gifs are only stored on your local device, which is the user’s personal mobile phone when your users’ choose to download the media after taking the shot.
